Refund policy
- This return policy applies to EU residents in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673.
- Returns accepted for 14 days. To start a return, you can contact us. We will provide you the return address to ship your package to by email. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customer pays for registered return shipping.
- 14 day period starts when the last ordered item has been received.
- Refunds to the customer are made when returned items have been received and are fully inspected on damages & condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

- Standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
- Customers who checked out with a phone number only can request a return via the link in their SMS order confirmation.
- As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item of your order.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the self-serve return function available in your order confirmation or customer account. You will receive an email confirmation once your withdrawal request has been submitted.
- In addition to the right of withdrawal, goods must conform to the contract. If a product is defective or does not conform, you are entitled to a remedy under EU Directive 2019/771, for a period of at least 2 years from delivery.
