The vinyl arrived damaged, what can you do?

Despite our sturdy & dedicated packaging, small damages such as a dented corner can occur. As a rule, we cannot be held responsable for small damages to the sleeve that do not affect the play of the record. We pack your records well but cannot be held responsable for the actions of the worldwide postal services.

In case of severe damages we can open a claim at Belgian Post. Images of the damaged items will have to be provided within 24h of receiving the item.

My parcel was returned to sender, what now?

If an order comes back to us due to an incorrectly provided shipping addres or if you failed to pick it up at your postal office, a new shipping fee will be due. If however the fault lies with us, we will re-ship at our expense.
